My car was there for a month with very little communication from the service writer. I had to communicate via text because he would not answer the phone or return calls. I had to wait a week to get an invoice for the service done. Very dissatisfied with the service here! The communication was the worst I have ever experienced. The only reason for 3 stars is because my car is actually fixed. I couldn’t believe it was so hard to get a hold of AJ, sometimes it took a day for a return call. I called the warranty company and they gave me more info than Al did. I understand it takes time for an extended warranty but not for the lack of communication.

Just a long time to get appt and 3 hrs to get alignment done!!!' More than 2 wks to be seen due to alignments only done in mornings!!!!
The person at service desk was fine But scheduling an appointment and then waiting 4 hours for oil change is ridiculous

I brought my vehicle for a prearranged appointment. It took 3 days just to let me know what the issue was with my vehicle and how much it would cost. Communication was sparse. The cost was very high.
Great service, very friendly, the only suggestion I have: if possible, get the car out sooner once the service is complete. I waited 20 minutes before my car came out, and even then I had to ask someone to get it.
I specifically asked my service advisor, Ray to put on the service ticket to do a tire rotation. He advised me that the technicians would do a rotation if it was needed I said no do the rotation because I want it done not if it’s needed to do it the tires were not rotated. I was at the dealer for 3 1/2 four hours for an oil change and a tire rotation and when I got home the tires that had more wear on the front we’re still on the front.
Purchased my 2026 Tahoe LT online yesterday. Cheaper than any of the dealers in my area. Drove 100 miles to pick it up and it was worth it. Saved about $5k.
Sales rep Mikayla Crosby was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Made the overall experience of buying a car a positive experience. My only complaint would be If I did not get an owners manual with the (used) vehicle. But I guess that’s what google is for.
Terrible communication, endless delays, ignored appointment, zero updates, wasted my time, completely unacceptable dealership service experience.
My husband tooks his truck for oil change then he got home there was noise so he had to take back . No rentals available . The dealer had the car for almost 5 days . Unacceptable. If it wasent for the life time oil change we would take it somewhere else.
