From the moment I walked into the business, I was greeted with big smiles and helpful attitudes. The entire staff at quality Chevrolet or nothing short of amazing EDDIE with my salesman Junior was the manager and JOHN was the finance manager who all were very helpful to make my buy an experience as quick as possible five stars everybody thank you so much.

Came in to get oil changed and the service advisor noticed a possible issue with car which he had a technician look into. The technician found a problem and took care of it. All in a timely manner. Very pleased.

The required add-ons ($6K) that are non-negotiable on top of the purchase price was a huge disappointment. Most notably, the required Reviver plate that has been a nightmare to configure, still not working after several weeks because it wasn't installed correctly by the dealer. Sales staff could smile more or at least pretend as if they enjoy their jobs. Overall, I would not recommend.

This was a great experience. I brought the vehicle for its first service, and was told about two recalls of which I was unaware. One was completed, and I was able to make an appointment for the other. My vehicle service was completed earlier than promised. I appreciate the comfortable waiting room and beverages. Thanks to AJ and my cashier and appointment rep for their courteous care.

It’s been hit and miss with this service center. My first advisor was great but I don’t think the technicians were competent. I’ve only had 2 interactions with my current advisor. The first was not great, but the second was much better. I need to bring my vehicle in for service and am dreading it but this is the closest dealership to me. We also have a Ram and their service center is much worse, so I am grateful that Quality Chevy is at least communicative. My assessment is they are great with minor things- oil changes, check engine light, etc. but for my complicated issues not as much.

A lot of effort was put into figuring out what was wrong. Bill my service rep kept at it until it was figured out and fixed. Great job!

I took my Chevrolet Colorado diesel pickup, which I love, to Quality Chevrolet after an alert showed up about failing Tire Monitor System, which checks pressure in the tires. Juan Gonzalez is fantastic, I waited for the repair, and it was completed in less time than estimated, and for less money than he told me. I paid and felt elated as I drove out, all systems go again!

Had a appointment set up for an oil change weeks in advance, yet day of was told it would take minimum of 2 hours!! Whats the point of making a xxxx appointment then!

He my first oil change etc, nice efficient time, only took about an hour while I waited, all went well from start to finish

Although 4 hours long, the experience was pleasant. Mikhail and John were great to work with.
