It always takes much longer then they quote. They always give me a different service writer. If they would assign you a specific writer, you build a relationship and build trust.

It took longer than I expected. But everything was great. Juan kept me informed about what was happening.

I ordered and purchased my truck from Quality. I had great experience with Josh Snodgrass prior. The other service advisors I’ve dealt with have been less than knowledgeable about diesels. No courtesy shuttle was offered for warrantee work. Service advisors are complaining about customers in front of other customers. I would likely have the truck serviced across the street at the Cadillac GMC Buick dealer in the future if Josh isn’t available.

I've had good experiences in the past, but this last one wasn't as good. The wifi was out, so I couldn't work while I was waiting for my car and ended up calling a ride-share service to take me home. Then, my service advisor did not call me for days to give me updates on what was going on. I had to call him. That was frustrating. I did appreciate the shuttle service that brought me back to the dealership when my car was ready. But I had questions about the warranty on the repairs (my convertible top was replaced). My original service advisor wasn't there, and the one who was, didn't know the answer. So I called and left at least one message (I may have called and left a 2nd one) for my original advisor asking the question, and he never called me back.
