This was my first time visiting this dealership to buy a new car, The first thing that was obvious is that this dealership is first class and puts great attention to their facility which was Immaculate. I was able to do a lot of the number crunching on the phone so when we arrived at the dealership the paperwork and the price was already determined. All we had to do was drive the vehicle. We liked it and we bought it. This was the most carefree the most hassle free purchase of a new car that I have ever experienced and I'm 70 years old, so I've done a lot of new cars In my lifetime to date. I brought my Tahoe in for service. Tires were not rotated even though I was told verbally and my paperwork they were. Quality control is lacking! The same problem happened to my brother's truck. I do not understand why this is happening. This is not the fault of the person I contact in Service.
