Dropped the car off on a Thursday about a window issue and was never contacted from the advisor . Called on Saturday to get an update and after 3 attempts to get ahold of someone was finally told some one would call us back. We had to call again towards the end of the day on Saturday and were finally told a part was ordered and would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.
